Tela, Tom, and Tanya met at PwC in 2001, transitioned to IBM, and soon found themselves craving a better cultural fit. Tela and Tanya spent nearly four years serving veterans at the VA Loan Guaranty Service, collaborating closely with Tom to lead LGY's largest-ever regulatory and tech transformation. Next, at Black Knight Financial Services (now ICE), they successfully managed and rapidly scaled the LoanSphere platform for industry leaders like Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. Eventually, driven by their entrepreneurial spirit and desire for a strong cultural alignment, they founded PhoenixTeam ten years ago.
Tela is the Chief Nerd and Mad Scientist at PhoenixTeam. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Burst. She has 25 years of experience in envisioning and delivering large-scale mortgage technology products. Tela is our strategy ninja and recognized genAl expert. Her superpower is using visualization to communicate the many steps ahead, which she sees intuitively.
As the Chief Executive Officer of PhoenixTeam, Tanya connects everyone and everything. She is our resident super-connector and relationship maker, also with 25 years' mortgage technology experience. Tanya's superpower is connecting all the dots and working together with diverse groups of people to get things done.
Yet a third senior executive with 25 years in mortgage technology, Tom is our oak tree. As our Chief Financial Officer and delivery executive, Tom brings a balanced and measured approach to everything, and especially to leadership. Tom's superpower is perspective and technical prowess. He is a master delivery leader with impeccable communication skills.
Lindsay, Senior Partner, was our first team member, joining in 2016. Her career as a product manager spans federal and commercial. She led multiple product transformations over her five years as our lead at Rocket Mortgage. She is currently our delivery executive for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Catalyst program, modernizing technology infrastructure and streamlining the FHA mortgage lifecycle.
Becky, Partner, joined us in 2019 as an implementation leader and has since led several of PhoenixTeam's most complex federal housing implementations at the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). She is also our partner driving mortgage standardization with the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO).
